What this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What you send us
When you send a service request or a construction bid request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the service or project address if you give one, your message, and how you heard about us if you choose to say. If you attach photos, we receive those too; they are kept privately and used only to assess and quote the work.
We use it to reply to you, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
What the website records on its own
The site keeps a simple count of page views: which page was opened and which site the visitor came from. It does not use cookies for this and does not store your IP address or anything that identifies you. We use it to see which pages are useful.
This website does not use advertising trackers. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Who else handles it
Requests are stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and sent to our office email, which is provided by Google. Those companies process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and job records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a request you sent. Call or text 253-340-7778, or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like done.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or your job. We do not send marketing texts.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
